The Centralized Electric System Solution
The solution of centralized power system is derived from the “ gradually electric motor drive and transmission device” invention patent which is invented by SINOVATION electric vehicle team. Polytechnic CRE after the Olympic Games and The Asian Games, World Expo electric bus project has accumulated rich experience, has completely mastered the core technology of centralized driving, the solution is a centralized power system platform for the new series after the upgrade after the launch. The program is in the domestic leading level and is more reliable and more advanced centralized power system platform.
AMT non-clutch shift control technology is used to solve the problem of the non-clutch shift control which involves selector/shift motor control, drive motor control, input/output shaft speed feedback, shift actuator position feedback and so on. The technique uses optimal control methods to realize the overall optimization of the shift process and improve the shift quality, taking shift time, shift impact, synchronizer friction work as control targets.
AMT shift regulation optimization technology, aiming at specific MAP figures of drive motor’s efficiency, uses dynamic programming to optimize the AMT shift regulation offline and extract optimized shift regulations to make the drive motor work more in high efficiency areas, reducing the energy consumption and increasing the mileages of the vehicles.

Based on the acceleration pedal nonlinearity mapping method, the system optimizes the driving habits and maps the open interval (20%-70%) of the acceleration pedal as high-efficiency interval of the electric drive system.
